Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in suspension of services.

To the fullest extent permitted by Maltese law, Stoop Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the termination provisions specified in the individual service agreement. Stoop Ltd reserves the right to terminate services immediately if terms are breached.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
11. Changes to Terms
Stoop Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
